Roberta Soldati

She graduated in Law at the University of Freiburg, In 1998 she obtained the certificate qualifying her to practice Law and in 2001 she acquired the status of Notary Public.
During her time working for a trust company in Lugano, she obtained certificates in international and national taxation from SUPSI.
Since 2002 she has worked at a leading law and notarial office in Lugano.
She obtained the SUPSI Diploma of Advanced Studies in mediation in the financial and public sectors, in family mediation, and is a qualified FSA Mediator.
She chairs the Independent Mediation Commission under the Swiss State Law on Information and Transparency and is an alternate member of the LAFE Authority in Lugano. Since 2019 she has been a member of the Grand Council and is a member of the Justice and Rights Commission and the Economy and Labour Commission.
